- Instructions

Wondershare licenses its software program to you on the basis of both installation and use rights. Single-User License, Multi-User License, Site License are based on the installation, that is, the number of computers (1CPU) for installing the software program. Personal License, Commercial License and Academic &Non-Profit License are based on use rights.

- Single-User License

Installation of the program purchased under a Single-User License is restricted to one single personal computer owned by or under control of the licensee plus one additional computer also owned by the licensee, e.g.: a desktop and a laptop solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Since it would be impossible for one person to be using both computers at the same time, that is, at any given time only one copy of the purchased program may be used. Sharing this program with other individuals, or allowing other individuals to view the contents of this program, is in violation of this license. You may not make the program available on a network, or in any way provide the program to multiple users, unless you have first purchased at least one Multi-User License from Wondershare.

- Multi-User License

The license permits you to install the program on the specific numbers of computers entirely within your family, organizations and corporation within one particular specified location (e.g. office). You may not give, transfer or sell multi-user-licensed copies of Wondershare software, nor include such copies in, or with products you sell or deliver to any third party Users may access the software in any way that is convenient; for example, by accessing copies stored on local hard disks or copies stored on network servers. The license is not a concurrent-use license.

Price Model
Multi-User (2-5 CPUs): Regular Price x 2
Multi-User (6-10 CPUs): Regular Price x 3
Multi-User (11-15 CPUs): Regular Price x 4
Multi-User (16-20 CPUs): Regular Price x 5

If the number of the CPUs to be installed on reaches 20 and above, you're probably eligible for the Enterprise License with more favorable discount. Please contact our sales representative sales-el#wondershare.com (replace # with @) for a specific quotation.


- Site License

A Site License entitles you to allow staff members from your enterprise (including wholly-hold subsidiary, branch and etc.) to have access to the program. But registered copies of the program may NOT be distributed to anyone outside your organization. Site License can have different sub-licenses, depending on the staff member of your organization.
 
Based on levels, you can have such sub-licenses as:

Site License (21-50 PCs)
Site License (51-100 PCs)
Site License (101-250 PCs)
Site License (251-500 PCs)
Site License (501-750 PCs)
Site License (751-1000 PCs)
Site license Unlimited

- Personal License

With Personal License, you can use the software for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment. That is, you only intend to use it at home for private use and on exactly one computer per license.


- Commercial License

With Commercial License, you (individual) can use the software in a business, academic, or government environment. Commercially licensed users are also free from the restrictions of using the output of the software for commercial uses, such as selling and distributing.

- Academic &Non-Profit Price?
Academic &Non-Profit Price is available uniquely for some of Wondershare products. Qualified individuals or organizations can get a special discount of the Single-User License.
