DemoCreator helps you to create a narration-based software presentation in minutes. You can record the narration from the microphone or import the sound files from hard disk directly. The media will significantly enhance the impact of presentation.

The following are the steps of how to create a narration-based software presentation.

Record Narration for presentations

DemoCreator enables you to record a narration from computer and also you can record the narration from playing audio tracks on your PC.

First, set the Volume Control properties:
1. Double click the Volume icon (it should appear as on your task bar).
2. The volume control pane appears, click "options", "properties", choose "recording", enable "line in" and "microphone", then click “OK” to save.
3. If you use microphone to record, please choose Microphone by click the check box before "Select", then adjust the volume to max and save the settings.
4. Close the Volume Control pane.

Second, Record the Narration
1. Launch DemoCreator, record the presentation and the program generates a series of slides, and then click on the “Audio” button on the top toolbar to add sound to the presentation.
2. Click on “” on the bottom of Audio Timeline Editor to start recording the narration and you can preview the frame playing at the same time.
3. Play the narration and the slides at the same time, and then edit the narration. You can insert silence, copy, cut, paste and delete the track to make the narration perfectly!



Import the sound file directly

DemoCreator enables you to import the music or sound files from hard drive directly.
1. Record the presentation, click on “Audio” button on the top toolbar and then pop up the Audio Timeline Editor.
2. Click on the “Import” button on the left bottom of the Audio Timeline Editor, and then select the sound file in your PC, click on “Open” to save it.
3. Playback the sound file in the Audio Timeline Editor, and the current frame will be previewed at the same time. You can insert silence, copy, cut, paste and delete the track to make the narration perfectly!
