You may have already seen the Quiz Management System while viewing the QMS Quick Tutor. To start using QMS in QuizCreator, just follow the steps below:

 

1. Set Intro Page to Identify Quiz Takers

 

In QuizCreator, go to Quiz Properties tab -> Info and ensure that the "Display Intro page" option is selected. Also, the option "Display User Mail" must be selected, and another option "Allow anonymous user Mail" must remain UNSELECTED in order to identify every quiz taker in QMS by means of their email account.

* Paticipants need to enter their e-mail addresses to create their QMS accounts.

2. Enable QMS to Post Quiz Results to QMS Database

 

In Quiz Properties tab -> QMS Settings section, ensure the "Enable QMS (Quiz Management System)" is selected to post results to QMS databse. Now all test results will be properly collected by QMS as you select the Result Delivery Method option "Automatically" or "Manually".

3. Register and Define Instructor's Account in QMS

 

In Quiz Properties tab -> QMS Settings section, trial version users can register Instructor accounts in QMS Demo Site, which only stores user data for one month; Registered Full version users can register Instructor accounts in QMS without time limit. Click "Create QMS Accounts" to register a new account. And just feel free to "Login to QMS" to check test results anytime.

 

All data posted to QMS will be completely confidential and secure in our remote server.

* Ensure your Instructor e-mail and password are filled out properly each time before publishing.
* It's not necessary to register a new account every time. Just fill out with your registered account and click "OK".

4. Publish, Take and Track your Quizzes

 

Once all the above settings have been applied and you have finished compiling your quiz, go to the Publish tab to select the final output format of your quiz. Now, all the test results from your quiz will be tracked and reported by QMS when the paticipant takes the quiz.
