Welcome to the QMS Data Privacy and Security Notice page. This notice is applicable to all Quiz Management System (QMS) users, who may post test results to QMS, and manage personal/corporate information within QMS. We can assure you that, all user data in QMS is 100% secure and confidential.

 

All user information, test results and online reports contained within QMS that QMS obtains or receives via posting and adding information will be held and used in accordance with Wondershare's Privacy Policy and data privacy laws. All information will only be used for the sole purposes of quiz result tracking and reporting. It will be treated confidentially and shared internally with a limited number of people who have a need to know or who are responsible for dealing with quiz result tracking and reporting.

 

Personal information will not be disclosed to anyone outside Wondershare QMS Team, unless Wondershare determines that a disclosure is necessary to regulatory and enforcement bodies, or such a disclosure is required by law, or in a court proceeding. All QMS users have the right to request a copy of their own personal information which Wondershare holds about them and to ask for the correction of their personal information held by Wondershare, in accordance and subject to any exemptions provided in the Wondershare's Privacy Policy and data privacy laws.

 

We also restrict the access of personal information to Wondershare employees, contractors and agents who may need to know that information in order to operate, develop or further improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

 

We have ensured adequate security measures in order to protect against any unauthorized access to, unauthorized alteration of, disclosure or destruction of data. These measures include internal reviews of all test result data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
